Vendor Policies

We want every wedding at Greenwood Springs to run smoothly from setup through the end of the night. To help make that happen, it’s important that our team and all wedding vendors are on the same page. This avoids stress and problems popping up on the day of wedding (consider alternate ways).

Please review the policies that apply to your services before arriving at the venue. If you have any questions about setup, access, or venue requirements, please contact us ahead of the event.

DJ

  • DJs are responsible for owning or having the copyright to play all music used during the event.

  • All DJ equipment must be completely removed from the venue by 11:00 p.m.

  • Please plan your end time accordingly. For example, if breakdown takes one hour, breakdown should begin by 10:00 p.m.

  • The designated DJ setup area is in the northeast corner of the venue building (the far left corner inside the venue against the glass wall).

  • Please do not park on the grass and move car to the main parking lot after unloading.

  • Please use the side door underneath the pergola for loading and unloading equipment.

Caterer

  • Caterers have access to a small prep kitchen and refrigerator.

  • The kitchen is for food preparation and staging only. Cooking is not permitted onsite.

  • The venue does not provide ovens or warming equipment.

  • Roasting pans, crockpots, kettles, and similar cooking/warming appliances may not be used onsite. Catering-style chafing dish food warmers are allowed.

  • Please plan for all food to arrive fully prepared and ready for service.

  • If client requests plated meals, you are welcome to bring piping and drape for just outside the kitchen for more space to prep/plate.

Hair & Makeup

  • If the bride has reserved the Bridal Cottage add-on, hair and makeup vendors may park at the Bridal Cottage for easier access.

  • Bridal Cottage parking is accessed from Greenwood Drive. You do not need to enter the main venue gates to access the Bridal Cottage parking lot (parking is limited).

  • Please confirm Bridal Cottage access with the bride before the wedding day because parking is limited.

Bakery/Wedding Cake

  • The designated round cake/dessert table area is in the southeast corner inside the venue building (the far right corner against the glass wall).

  • Please coordinate your delivery time with the bride, planner, coordinator, or designated day-of contact so someone is available to receive you.
