For those looking to elevate their experience, access to our beautifully appointed Bridal Cottage and Groom’s Cave is available for an additional $600—perfect for relaxing, getting ready, and making memories before the ceremony.

Your rental includes full access to the greenhouse, outdoor pavilion, bar area, and surrounding grounds, plus ample guest parking. We provide tables, up to 250 chairs, and high-top bar tables.

The Bridal Cottage & Groom’s Cave getting ready suites are an additional $600.

Your rental includes full access to the venue from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. This allows ample time for setup, getting ready, the ceremony, reception, and cleanup. All events must conclude by 11:00 p.m., with final cleanup and vendor breakdown completed by the end of your rental period.

A $1,000 non-refundable down payment is required to reserve your date.

A $400 fully refundable security deposit is required for all events. This deposit helps ensure the venue is returned in good condition and will be refunded after the event, provided no damages occur and all policies are followed.
