Our wedding pricing varies based on the season and day of the week, allowing you to choose a date that best fits your vision and budget, *check pricing guide below. A $1,000 down payment is required to reserve your date.
The Bridal Cottage and Groom’s Cave is available for an additional $600 (includes both)—perfect for relaxing, getting ready, and making memories before the ceremony.
We also require a fully-refundable security deposit of $400.

For those looking to elevate their experience, access to our beautifully appointed Bridal Cottage and Groom’s Cave is available for an additional $600 (includes both)—perfect for relaxing, getting ready, and making memories before the ceremony.

Your rental includes full access from 9:00am to 11:00pm to the greenhouse, outdoor pavilion, bar area, and surrounding grounds, plus ample guest parking. We provide tables, up to 250 chairs, and high-top bar tables.
The Bridal Cottage & Groom’s Cave getting ready suites are an additional $600.

Your rental includes full access to the venue from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. This allows ample time for setup, getting ready, the ceremony, reception, and cleanup.
11:00 p.m. is your rental's "lights out" time, meaning all guests, vendors, and personal belongings must be off the premises by then, not just the event itself concluded. Final cleanup and vendor breakdown should be completed well before 11:00 p.m. to allow for a smooth departure.
Clients who would like additional time beyond 11:00 p.m. may extend their rental period at signing for an additional charge. Clients who remain on the property past their rental period without a pre-arranged extension may be subject to additional charges, as this constitutes time on-site beyond what was reserved.

A $1,000 non-refundable down payment is required to reserve your date.

A $400 fully refundable security deposit is required for all events. This deposit helps ensure the venue is returned in good condition and will be refunded after the event, provided no damages occur and all policies are followed.
Security Deposits are returned 14 days after your event date.
