What Happens Next

Thank you for submitting your onboarding information! We’ve received your submission and your requested event date has been added to our booking system as pending confirmation.

Your Date

Submitting this form does not officially secure your event date. Your date will be secured once your agreement has been signed and your initial payment has been received.

If we receive multiple onboarding submissions for the same date, the date will be offered to the first completed submission we receive. If another client has submitted their information first, we will contact you to discuss alternative available dates.

Your Agreement & Invoice

Depending on when your onboarding form is submitted, please allow up to 24 hours for us to prepare your agreement and invoice and add them to your HoneyBook client portal.

Once those documents are available, you’ll receive an email with instructions to review and complete them.

Your Venue Guide

Once your initial payment has been received, your Greenwood Springs Venue Guide will be automatically sent to your HoneyBook client portal. This guide contains important venue policies, insurance requirements, recommended vendors, and other information you’ll need during the planning process.

No further action is needed right now. We’ll take care of preparing your agreement and invoice and will notify you once they’re available in your client portal.
