We hope you had a wonderful event at Greenwood Springs! Before you head out, please follow these quick clean-up and check-out steps to help ensure the venue is left in good condition and that you don’t leave anything behind and you get your deposit back. Thank you for celebrating with us and for helping us take care of Greenwood Springs.

1. Return Furniture & Venue Items
   Our venue policy asks that furniture and venue items not be moved. If anything was moved during your event, please return it to its original location before leaving.

2. Gather Your Belongings
   Remove all personal belongings, décor, gifts, supplies, hangers, and other items brought onto the property.

3. Tables & Chairs
   You are not responsible for breaking down or putting away Greenwood Springs tables and chairs after your event. Our team will take care of those for you.

4. Excessive Messes & Specialty Vendors
   Please clean up any excessive messes created during your event. If you have a specialty food or entertainment vendor, such as a popcorn table, cotton candy station, or similar setup, you are responsible for cleaning up any spills, food, or supplies before leaving the venue.

5. Remove All Food
   Please remove all food, beverages, leftovers, and catering supplies from the facility, including anything stored in the refrigerator.

6. Check the Prep Kitchen
   Double-check the refrigerator, countertops, lower cabinets, and other kitchen areas for food, supplies, or personal belongings.

7. Check the Bridal Cottage & Man Cave
   Please check for clothing, personal belongings, and hangers before leaving.

8. Take Out the Trash
   Please place all trash in a trash bag and dispose of it in a provided trash can or the dumpster. If a trash can is full, securely tie the bag and place it beside the trash can or take it directly to the dumpster. Additional trash bags are located in the cleaning supplies closet in the prep kitchen and under the kitchen sink in the bridal cottage and under the bathroom sink in the man cave.

9. Check for Greenwood Springs Items
   Please be careful not to accidentally take décor, supplies, hangers, or other items belonging to Greenwood Springs.

10. Complete a Final Walk-Through
    Before leaving, do one final walk-through of all spaces you used to make sure nothing has been left behind and everything is returned to its proper place.

11. Be Completely Cleared by 11:00 p.m.
    The Event Center must be completely cleared of all personal belongings, décor, food, vendor equipment, and rental items by 11:00 p.m.

Failure to follow these policies will result in loss of security deposit.
