We hope you had a wonderful event at Greenwood Springs! Before you head out, please follow these quick clean-up and check-out steps to help ensure the venue is left in good condition and that you don’t leave anything behind. Thank you for celebrating with us and for helping us take care of Greenwood Springs!

1. Please return any furniture or venue items that were moved to their original locations.

2. Gather and remove all personal belongings, décor, gifts, and other items you brought into the venue.

3. Double-check the prep kitchen, refrigerator, countertops, and lower cabinets for food, supplies, or personal belongings.

4. Please be careful not to accidentally take any items belonging to Greenwood Springs.

5. Do one final walk-through of the venue to make sure nothing has been left behind.

6. The Event Center and all personal/vendor items must be completely cleared by 11:00 p.m.
