Welcome to Greenwood Springs! Before you begin setting up for your wedding, please take a few moments to complete this checklist to ensure everything is ready for your big day.

1. Table Layout

   Please review the table arrangements throughout the Event Center and confirm that everything is set up according to your requested layout: 1)All tables are arranged correctly. 2)Any requested round high-top cocktail tables are present and positioned in the correct outdoor locations.

2. Confirm Any Last Minute Add-Ons

   Do you need to request any additional rental items, such as patio heaters or fire pits?

3. All last-minute add-on requests must be submitted by 10:00 a.m. on your wedding day. Requests are subject to availability. Please communicate last minute add-ons with venue staff.
